Infinity Retouch ("we"), a product of M. SAMOILENKO INFORMATICA, is committed to protecting your privacy and providing transparency about how we handle your data.

We collect the absolute minimum data required for the software to function and for us to provide support:

Personal Data: Your Name and Email address, provided during checkout.
License Data: Your license key and a machine identifier (a hash derived from your computer's user folder path, never from your files) for license validation and to manage your 2-device limit via our provider, Keygen.sh.
Payment Data: Processed securely by our merchant of record, Kiwify. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.
Website Data: When you visit our website, your IP address, browser information and cookies are processed for security (Cloudflare Turnstile on the license recovery form), analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (Meta).

2. Usage of Data

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

To deliver your unique license key via email.
To validate your software activation and prevent piracy.
To provide you with customer support when requested.
To protect our forms against abuse and to measure website traffic and advertising performance.

Local Processing Engine

Important: Infinity Retouch is a local plugin. Your photos never leave your computer. We do not upload, store, or have access to any of the images you process, ensuring total security for your clients' work.
